Outside Legal Counsel

Mr. Davis brings over 30 years of expertise in corporate and business law, with extensive experience advising companies in achieving both legal and business objectives. As outside legal counsel for NuView Life Sciences, he applies his deep knowledge of legal frameworks and strategic decision-making to support the company’s growth and innovation.

He has held prominent roles, including serving on the Board of Directors and Audit, Compensation, and Nominating Committees of Telanetix, Inc., where he also chaired the Special Committee during its sale to Intermedia. Additionally, he has served as General Counsel for Molecular Imaging Corporation, in-house counsel at Leap Wireless International, Inc., and practiced corporate law at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP (now Dentons).
